Thai Yoga Extended Stretch Massage
This works on the meridian (energy) lines within the body, known in Asian culture as “sens”. When you become ill, the flow of energy around the body has become blocked. This encourages the flow of energy, bringing harmony and balance to the body.
Throughout a Thai massage, the therapist will press along the energy lines, which warm the muscles and increases blood flow. Working around the joints, releasing tension and encouraging movement with stretching of the limbs in a rhythmic motion. When doing a Thai massage, therapists use their hands, feet, elbows, forearms and knees.
Benefits of regular Thai massage include relief from constipation, headaches, sciatica, back and neck pain.
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
Ashiatsu is a unique style of massage therapy in which the therapist uses gravity and their bare feet, as well as their hands to apply pressure. This hand or foot pressure is applied to specific trigger points or in long compression strokes, depending on the client’s needs.

CUPPING
Cupping has the ability to affect and create movement of body fluids, organs, fascial restrictions, and joints.
